Pathetic leadership

I have this boss who can't tell anyone what to do :D he is a pussy. Today, he told this guy someone else said something bad about his work; HE WENT AND TALKED TO THAT GUY LOL. "He said everything was fine." It is a circle of dumb assholes. I am in no position to tell anyone what to do so I have to sit back and find a way to laugh.. and make it more entertaining in situations.

Being annoyed builds character.

the problem is every one today is too quick to criticise every one else or certain people they don't like, be on competition and no one is really united unless its the bedroom and even that don't mean much now, it don't make people keep a promise or not betray you or let you down even if you did the most vial sexual and druggy things. people are so quick to be mean and critical. even I find myself being more critical and less trusting of others and I don't do sex so I am a non-event there.
