You are completely out of touch with reality!

In order to claim that you are being stalked there has to actually be someone stalking you. I know, it seems like a bit of a silly requisite that somebody must actually be stalking you but that's the way it is. If there isn't someone actually stalking you then you are not being stalked. If no one is actually stalking you then you are not the victim of anything or anyone.

The Supreme Court has already ruled on this. The Supreme Court in nutjob v. reality ruled that for a person to be the victim of a stalker the person alleged to be stalking must actually be stalking. Hey, I didn't make the ruling, they did. So take it up with them.

For some strange reason the Plante family and manager and company seem to think that invading someone's privacy (watching and besetting someone) is not stalking. But the person they are watching and besetting complaining about it is stalking. The Plante family and manager are completely out of touch with reality. They are obviously either very stupid or very mentally ill.

No one is watching and besetting Josee Plante. No one is following Josee Plante from place to place. No one is repeatedly communicating with Josee Plante.

My conduct is threatening. But that threatening conduct is toward someone who is following me from place to place, watching and besetting me, harassing me, slandering me with malicious lies, doing everything they can in an effort to isolate me, doing everything they can in an effort to impoverish me, tampering with my food, and the list goes on.

So how that woman or anyone conspiring with her does not realize that they're bringing it on themselves is beyond me. But Like I said I am suing you so you can explain in court how it is that you think you're being stalked and how it uis that you don't think you're bringing it on yourself.

The simple fact of the matter is that no one is harassing you. And yes, Virginia, actually being harassed is a prerequisite for alleging that you're being harassed.

The simple fact of the matter is that no one is following you from place to place. And yes, Virginia, actually being followed from place to place is a prerequisite for alleging that someone is following you from place to place.

The simple fact of the matter is that no one is watching and besetting you. And yes, Virginia, actually being watched and beset is a prerequisite for alleging that someone is watching and besetting you.

So I don't give a fucking damn about what that Plante family thinks and I sure as fuck do not give a fucking damn about what anyone at that abomination of a radio station thinks. Yeah, I'm thinking you of Ron Dann.

You are not a smart man, Mr. Dann. You are a schoolyard bully. You haven't a fucking thought in your head. For you forethought is what you believe transpired over the last five minutes. And hindsight for you, Mr. Dann? Hindsight is whatever bullshit tale you think you can tell that no one will fact check. You are a certifiable idiot! And I am going to destroy you.

And you're probably thinking that my saying that I'm going to destroy you proves you right. I've noticed that about you. I've noticed that you're incredibly simple and that you're incredibly predictable. You're as predicatable as a fucking bowling ball rolling downhill and as out of touch with reality as a bowling ball rolling uphill.

I am fucking suing you! I am fucking suing you and I am suing every motherfucking idiot stupid enough to align with someone who is obviously an absolute motherfucking moron and a total fucking liar! You are a stalker, Mr. Dann. You are a pathetic worthless motherfucking stalker who has spent the last twenty plus years being one step behind me. For you to say that you have a plan is laughable. For you to say that you know what you're doing is laughable. For you to say that you are intelligent is laughable. You are a motherfucking pathetic little stalker who does everything he can to make my life a living hell and then watches me for my response to your harassment. You then redact the harassment responsible for my behaviour and hold up my behaviour as proof of whatever you spin it into being proof of.

Your game is over! You are an absolute fucking moron. You are a coward of a man. You are an idiot of a man. You are a tiny little man. And no one is going to miss Ron Dann when he goes off to serve the rest of his life behind bars.
